Theo Pahigiannis, a native Washingtonian, brings over 20 years of experience from growing up in a family of business owners, to management, operations, sales & financing in corporate America. At every step of the way he has learned, grown and excelled in his roles and is poised to bring his experience to you. He is focused on delivering tangible solutions to business owners he works with in the community.
Over the last 10+ years in banking and finance, Theo has been de-risking companies by preparing them for bank financing. Theo has established a proven methodology in guiding business owners to becoming more profitable and establishing a stronger balance sheet, providing them the access to capital needed for growth. In his methodology he reviews 18 Core Value Drivers, which assesses, analyzes & quantifies the business. From there, he creates a road map to enhance processes, which increases performance and drastically reduces the cost of capital, thus increasing enterprise value of the business.
He formalized his training by obtaining his Certification in Exit Planning (CEPA) through the Exit Planning Institute. He has his BS in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
He currently lives outside of Washington D.C. in Montgomery County, with his wife, two children and two lab rescues. He enjoys basketball, golf, ping pong, and tennis.
