Dr. Allen is the Historian & Secretary, Sisters 4 Sisters Network, Inc.; Board of Directors member of several organizations to include Eleanor Foundation, which supports domestic violence and human trafficking victims and recently Felicia’s Fund which supports education for women and girls in Nigeria and beyond. Dr. Allen is a highly decorated twenty-two (22) year retired VETERAN in the USN/USNR where she served during the Grenada Invasion and Dessert Shield/Storm. Dr. Allen served on the prestigious PRESIDENT of the United States METU Mayo-Clinic Team for Presidents’ Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.
